A large number of students from Port Shepstrone Junior Primary toured Michael Frey's Fresh Meat Main Branch in downtown Port Shepstone.

Gloved pupil Sihle Hlatswayo gets-to-grips with a whole chilled polony during a tour of Michael Frey's Fresh Meat in Port Shepstone.  HOD Meryl van Wyk said, “As educators we found this to be an extremely well organised and informative excursion.  The vibrant presenters, Maureen Xolo and Frank Dunford, managed to retain the interest of the learners throughout the tour.”

Michael Frey with Lungelo Saule and Christopher van Rooyen with the t-shirts each pupil received on the tour.   Teacher Kareshma Bayley says, “My children observed that there were no flies and they noticed the cleanliness of the whole place.  And they were excited to receive the t-shirts.  The next day we had another excursion and I’d say about 75% of my children wore their Fresh Meat shirts.”
