There is nothing like a Spit-Braai Lamb, braaied to perfection. Order a whole or half lamb spit-braaied on the bone, for 50 guests or more, and we will either supply the lamb on the bone with the spit-braai or spit-braai the lamb on your premises by one of our master chefs. Salads, Pudding, Half Spuds and extras (buttered bread rolls, Pap and chutney and mutton curry and rice) are also available - how convenient!
